2007.05.01: japan-local model: As a default value, horizontal numerical diffusion is 2 times of the original value. The same modification as in tropics-local model at 2007.04.29.
2007.04.30: japan-local model was terminated: DIF2. horizontal numerical diffusion is 2 times of the original value for japan-local model.
2007.04.29: tropics-local model: As a default value horizontal numerical diffusion is 2 times of the original value. Even though, tropics-local model was terminated.
